Gillian is an associate in the Corporate group. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate representation.

Gillian first joined the firm as a member of the firm's 2025 summer associate class. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. At UConn Law, she served as Managing Editor of the Insurance Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Legal Research & Writing.

During law school, Gillian worked as a Bond & Specialty Insurance legal intern at Travelers Insurance Company, where she conducted legal research focused on transactional and regulatory issues.

Before law school, Gillian received her B.S. in Finance with a minor in Management from the University of Connecticut, graduating cum laude and earning Dean's List distinction. She also played five years of NCAA Division I lacrosse.
