Gabriel Malone-O'Meally focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and a range of other corporate matters.
He represents emerging and growth-stage companies and investors across the corporate lifecycle, from formation and financing through exit, and provides ongoing corporate counsel to private companies, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, debt financings, and corporate governance matters.
Previously, Gabriel practiced in the corporate groups at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Fenwick & West LLP, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, as well as venture capital financings and the representation of emerging companies.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Gabriel served as Deputy General Counsel to a private single-family office, overseeing deal execution, corporate governance, and structural risk management across a multi-entity portfolio.
