Emma Snover is an Associate in Finn Dixon & Herling's Investment Management practice and has experience advising fund sponsors on a broad range of matters, including fund formation, structuring, fundraising, investor relations, regulatory compliance and ongoing business operations.
Emma has extensive experience drafting and negotiating key fund documents, including limited partnership agreements, private placement memoranda, subscription agreements, side letters, and placement agent agreements, across a variety of investment strategies. She has represented sponsors ranging from first-time fund managers to established global investment firms. She also advised clients on fund-related transactions, including transfers of limited partner interests, continuation funds, co-investment vehicles, sidecars and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Emma practiced in the Private Funds and M&A practices at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
