Daniella is an associate in the Corporate group. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate representation.
Daniella received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Before law school, Daniella received her B.A., summa cum laude, in English Literature, with a concentration in Creative Writing, from SUNY Binghamton, where her honors included Phi Beta Kappa.
