Bryan Judd is an experienced attorney focused on secondary transactions and private fund structuring within the venture capital and private equity ecosystem.
His practice centers on advising buyers, sellers, funds and intermediaries on liquidity solutions, including direct secondaries, structured transactions, recapitalizations and other bespoke arrangements designed to balance liquidity objectives with regulatory, fiduciary and contractual constraints.
In addition to his secondaries-focused practice, Bryan advises on the formation, negotiation and operation of private investment funds, and regularly represents venture capital investors, private equity sponsors, family offices and emerging growth companies. His broader experience spans venture financings, strategic investments and growth-stage M&A, which he leverages to support complex secondary and liquidity-driven transactions.
Bryan’s prior experience includes serving as Counsel, Co-Head of Secondaries at Legal Scale, LLP, where he advised institutional investors, venture capital funds, growth equity firms and family offices on secondary transactions. He previously practiced in the Boston offices of Proskauer Rose LLP, Goodwin Proctor LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
