Albert is an associate in the firm’s Tax Group. He advises clients on federal and state tax matters in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions, including hedge fund and private equity fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings and restructurings.

Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Albert was a senior tax associate in the Global Structuring Financial Services Group at PwC in New York, where he advised investment management firms on various tax matters in domestic and cross-border transactions.
