On December 20, 2021, the Board of Trustees of Trust for Advised Portfolios (the “Trust”) approved the
creation of a Special Litigation Committee (the “SLC”) for the purpose of investigating and pursuing
potential claims on behalf of the Infinity Q Diversified Alpha Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust. The
SLC will consist of one or two newly-appointed Trustees whose duties and responsibilities are specific to
the Fund (“Series Trustees”). Also, on December 21, the Trust’s Board of Trustees appointed Andrew M.
Calamari, a partner at the law firm of Finn, Dixon & Herling LLP in Stamford, Connecticut, as a Series
Trustee and Chair of the SLC. Mr. Calamari is a veteran securities lawyer who served from 2012 to 2017
as the Director of the New York Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Trust
anticipates appointing a second Series Trustee and member of the SLC at a later date.
