Finn Dixon & Herling partner Daniel S. Noble will speak at the 10th Annual White Collar Crime Institute on April 27, 2022.
Mr. Noble will be on the panel called "Lessons from Recent Trials". Last year, Mr. Noble was a member of the Firm’s trial teams that represented clients in two federal criminal cases brought by the U.S. Department of Justice: a case involving allegations of alleged “spoofing” that was tried in federal district court in Chicago, IL; and a case involving alleged embezzlement from a federally funded entity that was tried in federal district court in New Haven, CT. In the latter case, Mr. Noble and the trial team secured a full acquittal for the firm’s client.
